Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Introduction

1.1 This Returns & Exchanges Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through www.antebe.com.au (“Website”) and is issued by ANTEBE Pty Ltd
(“ANTEBE”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available on our Website.
1.3 Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are protected by law and are not limited or excluded by this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

2.1 You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is faulty, defective, damaged, or not as described; or

  • You wish to make a change-of-mind return and meet the conditions in Section 3.

2.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • In original, unused, and unworn condition;

  • Returned with all tags, labels, and packaging intact;

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

3.1 We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions in Section 2.2.
3.2 Change-of-mind returns may be refunded as store credit or to the original payment method at our discretion.
3.3 Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

3.4 We do not offer returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”;

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers;

  • Personalised or customised items;

  • Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold once opened (e.g. skincare, fragrance, undergarments).

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

4.1 If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at antebe.info@gmail.com with your order number, description, and clear photos.
4.2 Once verified, we will provide instructions for return shipping or replacement.
4.3 If the product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
4.4 In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by ANTEBE.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds (where applicable) will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5.2 Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected.
5.3 Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5.4 Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

6.1 Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
6.2 Exchanges must be requested within the same timeframe as returns (14 days from delivery).
6.3 To initiate an exchange, please email antebe.info@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange for.
6.4 Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

7. How to Initiate a Return

7.1 To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email antebe.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions.

  3. Securely repackage your item(s) and include proof of purchase.

  4. Send the parcel using a trackable method (recommended).

7.2 We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return parcels. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.
7.3 Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorisation email.

8. International Returns

8.1 For customers outside Australia, additional time may be allowed for delivery and processing.
8.2 Return shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
8.3 Currency fluctuations and international transaction fees are outside our control and non-refundable.

9. Consumer Rights

9.1 Nothing in this Policy limits or affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9.2 If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., it is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

10.1 ANTEBE reserves the right to update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws.
10.2 The latest version will always be published on our Website and apply from its effective date.
